Materials:
- 1 large sliced cucumber
- 1/2 medium sized banana, chopped
- 1/2 cup diced pineapple
- 1/2 cup diced watermelon
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach or lettuce

- A few leaves of fresh mint or parsley (optional)
How to make:
1. Mix all ingredients in a blender until you get a smooth consistency.
