Pasta with Lemon Sauce
Ingredients for Lemon Sauce Pasta Recipe

Half a pack of stick pasta
· 2 tablespoons of butter
· Juice and peel of half a lemon
· 2 scoops of pasta water
· 1 teaspoon vegetable powder (Seasoning)
1 teaspoon of salt
Half a teaspoon of black pepper
· 3-4 basil leaves (or finely chopped chive leaves)
· 1 tea plate of parmesan cheese or cheddar cheese
How to Make Lemon Sauce Pasta Recipe?
1. Boil the pasta normally in salted boiling water.
2. Strain into a deep bowl without pouring the water.
3. Add butter into a pan and heat it.
4. Add two ladles of the boiled pasta water.
5. Add the grated zest of half a lemon and the juice of half a lemon, boil it, then add the spices, finely chopped chive leaves and parmesan cheese, add the boiled pasta, mix well, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and serve while hot.
